Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer the following shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery by the next business day.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of the items in your order. You will be able to view the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be applied by the destination country. Shipping times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help you resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. If your address is incorrect and the package has already shipped, we cannot reroute it.
